Reservation Terms:

Upon clicking BUY, you will be charged a non-refundable 30% holding deposit. This secures one (1) full package purchase and your place in the SYBARCHY 2025 experience.

• Final payment due by: 04 August 2025
• Failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of your package and loss of deposit.
• Only one package per Unconventional Conventionalist is permitted.
• Duplicate orders will be cancelled and refunded minus admin fees.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes:

• Shipping is invoiced separately.
• Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
• We will assist with customs paperwork, but we cannot influence or override regional import rules.
• Please do not request falsified documentation or under-declared values.

Security & Access:

• Your Access Pass will be issued after final payment and POS reference confirmation.
• Access credentials are non-transferable.
• Sharing login information with non-paying individuals will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
