Shipping And Handling
We offer free 1st Class shipping to customers in the United Kingdom.

All European, Canadian & Asian orders are shipped via 'signed for' by Royal Mail and have tracking #'s.

All US orders are shipped via 'Air Sure' by Royal Mail and have tracking numbers's.

All other areas are shipped by similar method depending on final destination.

Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as full, payment has been received providing goods are in stock. We will normally process your order within 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. All pre sales will reach you within 40 days and 40 nights.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it is possible it is sold out. Once an item is sold out there is no guarantee it will be available again. If in doubt, please just email and ask if it is indeed in stock. When an item is sold out, we will remove it from the SUPERSTORE. It may well appear in our gallery or elsewhere, but only items in the SUPERSTORE are currently in stock.

OUR DOLLS AND OTHER HEAVIER / FRAGILE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY COURIER. SUPERFROCK Ltd SUBSIDISES THESE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THEIR OWN PEACE OF MIND.

ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE SENT BY PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE AND MAY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN OUR COURIER SERVICE.
